Partner: Research

We have been a member of the Open DC Alliance since 2023 and are very proud to be part of this alliance of national and international companies dedicated to the further development of direct current technology.

About the ODCA
The Open DC Alliance (ODCA) was founded on the initiative of ZVEI together with companies from industry, science and research and aims to support and realise the social goal of a resource-conserving and CO2-neutral world with the help of direct current technology. This is because direct current technologies open up the possibility of integrating renewable energies more efficiently, reducing resource consumption, reducing feed-in to the grid and creating more stable grids.
